Homeowner Reconstruction Floor Plan & Elevation Choices

Homeowners eligible for reconstruction are provided with the following pre-approved construction elevation and floor plan options. These options have been developed and approved to meet local, state and federal requirements. Please note that no modifications can be made to these plans except in cases where HOA requirements or site-specific restrictions apply. Applicants approved for mobile home unit (MHU) replacement will work directly with their assigned builder to finalize the selection of a new unit.
