Should I repair, elevate, relocate or replace my mobile home?

Mobile home owners who also own the land, and whose mobile homes have less than $15,000 in damage, are less than 5 years old, and are not substantially damaged can repair their homes. If they do not meet all of those requirements and require more than 5 ft elelvation, they may elevate a stick built home, if zoning allows. If they meet none of the criteria and do not require more than 5 ft. elevation they may replace mobile home. Mobile home owners who do not own the land, have less than $15,000 damage, are less than 5 years old, and not substantially damage may repair the mobile home. If they do not meet all the criteria and require more than 5 ft elevation, they should relocate mobile home (owner is responsible for the new location). If they meet none of the requirements and do not require more than 5 ft elevation, they can replace the mobile home.
